Upon discovering they are expecting another boy, Ja Wang is shaken, especially when Shin Ae suggests he get a vasectomy. Simultaneously, his childhood friend Deok Sam starts eyeing his position as village chief, leaving Ja Wang in a challenging situation, much like the neighbor's dog about to be neutered.
